Why this list?

This list was started as an off-shoot (no, not a "splinter") from the Tamson House mailing list. Lots of people seemed to be either interested in or having trouble with (in one way or another) their spiritual identities, religious paths, etc. Not that those topics are terribly off-list on Tamson House, but so many people seemed to want to discuss it more in-depth with maybe a bit more privacy, the idea i'd had milling around in my brain to create a community (even if on-line) to talk about these sorts of things.

So after a confusing tarot reading, and some postings from TH people about some odd/interesting/difficult things in their spiritual lives I decided now was the time. So I got off my ass (metaphorically, of course) and decided to put this expensive laptop to some good use.

While this list is not limited to THers, nor should it be, this list won't be advertised to the world at large, due to the somewhat sensitive nature of the content.

Also, many many thanks have to go to Rick Le Mon for being the world's best Iron-Fisted-Dictator and for providing me with such a great role-model, and for doing such a great job with Tamson House. :)
